Ragging and the negative effects on the victim

High school can be a scary time of life, specially if there are bullies in your school. If you're just starting high school, or transferring to a new school or joined a new workplace, you probably want to know how to avoid bullies and teasers . For this you need to behave in a confident manner. Bullies thrive on insecurity, and are likely to avoid people with a lot of confidence. If bullying does occur, address it quickly and effectively. This may prevent bullies from targeting you in the future. Bullying can be very dangerous if left unchecked and can have serious repercussions for your self esteem. Remember ! being prone to ragging can't be a mere coincidence. Usually it's the lack of confidence reflected in the demeanour in which a person carries him or herself that attracts ragging. Docility and passivity shown by person are the main factors which makes him or her a butt of ridicule. CQC Self-Defence classes are aimed at cultivating the necessary self conference in you which helps you carry yourself gracefully at places of study and work . It includes: 💪make you exhibit confidence in your body language, speaking style, and overall attitude. ✊ make you stand tall, use an even voice, and make eye contact while talking to shrug off any shy image that you might reflect . 🖕 not to be afraid of other people's judgment, and their down rating of you . 👊 let bullies know that you are fully capable of taking them head on should they show physical aggression to you . 🤝 be more social and popular among your fellow students or workers. Inter alia this will also ensure that you have some genuine friends on your side when confronted with a gang of bullies. ✌by acquiring above qualities you become more successful and a happier person in your personal life, relationship and professional career.
