Education will not help you fight off bullies, assailants, intimidators, oppressors, sexual harassers and domestic violence. Education may help you become more confident and give you a better vocabulary to fight and win verbal fights, but what if you get into a situation where you need to use your physical strength to fight or even to escape? For women and children, developing lean muscle through self-defense training and maintaining an ideal body weight is a must. Self-defense training will improve your overall look, and increase your level of confidence when walking down a street, at school, college, university or even at your own home.
